1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses in Ireland and the United Kingdom. We do not ship outside these regions at this time. If you would like us to ship to your country, please email us at james@gymlive.app and we will do our best to accommodate.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or Irish public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where available.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain value, which will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

4. Couriers

We work with established couriers including An Post and DPD to ensure reliable delivery. The courier used for your order will be confirmed in your dispatch email.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly with the courier.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at james@gymlive.app.

6. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the courier to locate your order or arrange a replacement.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and contents and email them to james@gymlive.app within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess each case individually and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we may charge an additional fee to re-send it.

8. Customs and Import Duties (UK Orders)

UK customers may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and a handling fee charged by the courier or HMRC. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

We declare the full value of all shipments on the customs paperwork.

9. Risk and Title

Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery to the courier. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, GymLive is no longer liable for damage in transit, although we will always assist in resolving courier-related issues.

10. Event Tickets and Digital Products

Tickets for events such as the Future of Football, and digital products such as performance test bookings and player cards, are delivered electronically by email. No physical shipping is required for these items. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 1 hour of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us.
