Refund Policy

At GymLive, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, this policy outlines your rights and how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used supplements (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable/digital products (if introduced later)
  • Any item not in its original condition

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@gymlive.shop (update if needed)
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if item is damaged or faulty)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Processing time:

  • Refund issued within 5–10 business days after approval (depending on your bank/provider)

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item received

7. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and your order number

We will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a full refund (including shipping, where applicable)

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. Contact us if the issue persists

9. EU Consumer Rights (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are based in the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under consumer protection law.

This means you can return your order for any reason within 14 days, provided it meets return conditions.


10. Event Registrations (Future of Football)

  • Event tickets (€20 registration) are non-refundable, except:
    • Event cancellation by GymLive
    • Exceptional circumstances at our discretion

If an event is cancelled:

  • A full refund or rescheduling option will be provided
