All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note:
- Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next business day
- During peak periods (product launches, promotions, or events), processing times may be slightly extended

- Free Shipping on all orders over €50
- Standard Delivery: €5.99 (1–3 business days after dispatch)
United Kingdom
- Standard Delivery: €9.99
- Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days
Europe (EU)
- Standard Delivery: €12.99
- Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days
Rest of World
- Shipping rates calculated at checkout
- Delivery times vary depending on location (typically 7–14 business days)
3. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information.
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.
4. Delivery Notes
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, or high demand
- GymLive is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the courier
5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
GymLive is not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts due to absence
If an order is returned to us:
- We can re-ship it (additional shipping fee applies)
- Or issue a refund minus shipping costs
6. International Shipping & Customs
For orders outside Ireland:
- You may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- GymLive has no control over these fees
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Pre-Orders & Bundles
If your order contains a pre-order item or bundle with unavailable stock:
- The entire order may be shipped once all items are available
- Alternatively, items may be shipped separately at our discretion
